Ingredients:  
6 c. sliced raw potatoes
6 T. chopped onion
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 can of milk
4 T. butter
1 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first five ingredients together & pour into a
greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with butter & cheese.
Bake @ 400 for 1 hour.

Butter & cheese may be mixed with the other ingredients instead of putting on top.
