1 cup sugar
2 Tblsp. quick-cooking tapioca
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 cup orange juice
3 cups cut rhubarb
1 recipe Orange Pastry (add 1 Tblsp grated orange peel to Plain Pastry)
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 Tblsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, tapioca, salt, nutmeg, orange juice, and rhubarb; place in 9 inch piepan lined with Orange Pastry, unbaked. Top with strawberries and dot with butter. Top with pastry. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake in hot oven (400) 40 to 50 minutes.
