1 broiler/fryer (3 lbs)
1/2 c flour
1/4 t pepper
1t salt
1/4 c honey
1T soy sauce
8 T butter
1/4 lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Shake chicken in flour, salt and pepper mixtures.
Melt 4 T butter in baking dish 13X9X2. Roll chicken pieces one at a time in melted butter to coat all over. Place skin side down. Bake for 30 min. at 350. Melt remaining butter in sauce pan. Stir in honey, lemon juice and soy sauce until well mixed. Turn chicken and pour honey mixture over it. Bake another 1/2 hour basting several times with drippings in pan.

I usually just use 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts leaving the sauce the same. The sauce goes well with rice.
