Bacon
1 cup of uncooked rice
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 canís amount of water
4-5 chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line one large casserole dish with bacon and cover with 1 cup of uncooked rice. Pour one can of cream of chicken soup over rice. Rinse can and pour 1 canís amount of water over rice. Place 4-5 chicken breasts (meat side down) on rice. (We cut our chicken most of the time and that works well also. If you do not have fresh chicken, I have also used canned chicken in a pinch) Use salt and pepper to taste. Cover with foil and cook for I hour at 350 degrees.

We eat this a lot. It is so easy and the whole family loves it!
