1 cup lukewarm water
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 Tbsp rosemary or basil
3 c. bread flour
2 tsp yeast
1 Tbsp sugar

2 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp herb.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place first 7 ingredients in dough machine. Press dough cycle.
Remove dough from bread machine and pat into a greased with olive oil, 9x 13" pan. Using your finger dimple the dough. Brush with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with herb. Let rise for 30 min.
2. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Pour some olive oil in a small bowl sprinkled with black pepper. You can also add a little parm cheese if desired.
