3 C. sugar 1 C. margarine 4 eggs 2 C. solid pack Pumpkin 2/3 C. water 1 ½ tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. baking soda 3 1/3 C. All purpose flour 1 ½ C. pecan pieces
Cream together sugar, margarine, and eggs. Add pumpkin and water. Sift together salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, soda and flour. Slowly add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture. Stir in pecan pieces. Lightly spray loaf pan. Bake for 60 min. @ 350°
