Boneless skinless chicken breast
Eggs (2) to dredge chicken in
Olive Oil
1 sleeve of saltines, crushed
Garlic Salt
Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (Big Bottle)
Mozzarella Cheese
Garlic Bread
Spaghetti Noodles, Cooked.

Directions:
Directions:
Take Chicken & dredge in eggs, cover with crushed crackers & sprinkle with garlic salt. Fry in pan of olive oil until slightly browned on both sides. You don’t want to cook it, just brown it. Place in a glass baking dish. Top each piece of chicken with lots of sauce. Cover w/foil & bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with Mozzarella Cheese the last 10 minutes until melted & bubbly. Serve with Cole’s Garlic Bread. Serve on top of Spaghetti Noodles.
