3 cups flour
3/4 c sugar
a 1/2 tbls baking powder
2 eggs
1/12/ cup buttermilk
6 tbls butter softened
1/ 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c blueberries lightly coated with flour if fresh. canned drained
Sugar for sprikling

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients, making a well in center
2. Stir in liquid ingredients being careful not to overmix. Batter should be lumpy. Gently fold into batter.
3. Fill muffin cups(grased or with papers) about 3/4 filled.
4. Lightly sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 20 minutes until lightly golden or a toothpickinserted into center of muffin comes out with moist crumbs attached. Do not over bake
