Cake Ingredients:
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 Cup Cooking Oil
4 Eggs
1 11oz Can of Mandarin Oranges (do not drain)

Frosting Ingredients:
1 Large Cool Whip
1 Large #2 can of Crushed Pineapple (20 oz) drain well
1 Package instant Vanilla or Coconut pudding pie filling

Directions:

Mix together and spread over cooled cake

Store cake in the refrigerator

Mix oil, eggs, and Mandarin Oranges beat together until oranges are in small pieces. Add cake mix and beat with an electric mixer for at least 2 minutes. Line cake pans with foil and spray with cooking spray such as Pam. Bake in 2 - 8 inch round cake pans at 350 degrees for 23 to 30 minutes. Allow cake to cool.

Frosting Directions:
Mix together and spread over cooled cake. Store cake in the refrigerator
