Drain and reserve liquid from Rotel tomatoes. Mix Rotel tomatoes and cream cheese well and slowly add liquid. The more liquid you add, the hotter the dip!!! And if you want dip with a real kick, use regular Rotel tomatoes. Chill and serve with favorite chips. Also good on baked potatoes.
