8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salsa
2 Tbsp taco seasoning
dash of garlic powder
1 4.5 oz can chopped ripe olives drained
1 4 oz can green chilies
1 cup finely grated cheddar cheese.
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
8 910) inch tortillas. You can use plain or flavored tortillas.

1. In a bowl mix first five ingredients until smooth.
2. Stir in olives, chilies, cheese, and onions.
3. Spread 1/2 cup mixture on each tortilla and roll up jell-roll style. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or over night. Slice into 1 in pieces. Serve with salsa and sour cream on side.

These are delicious. They also can be made with chopped up ham and cheese leaving off Mexican seasoning and add chopped green onion, sliced olives, minced celery,and 1/4 pack of ranch dressing This is a recipe that Kim Rivas uses and is very good. Plain tortillas for them both are good with the large plain tortillas or even better with the flavored ones that you can get at walmart.
