48 large Mushrooms(cleaned out)
2 eggs
1 # hot bulk sausage crumbled and cooked
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/4 cup mayo
3 tbls butter
2 tbls finely chopped onion
2 tsp dijon or spicy mustard.
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Foil line greased baking sheets and preheat oven to 350.
2. With food processor grind cooked sausage
3. Combine all ingredients.
3. Stuff mush caps.
Place on baking sheete and bake uncovered or 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
