28 medium size mushroomscaps (cleaned out)
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
1/2 cup chopped Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Arrange the mushrooms in two shallow dishes, open side up.
3. Mix bacon and cheese together and stuff mushrooms. Cover pans with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley.
