1 c. water
1 stick margarine
1 c. flour
4 eggs
2 small instant vanilla puddings (made to directions with milk)
8 oz. softened cream cheese
medium Cool Whip
Chocolate Syrup

Bring 1 cup of water & 1 stick margarine to a boil, remove from heat and add 1 cup of flour blending thoroughly until it forms a ball.

Add 4 eggs one at a time blending completely after each one.

Spread in a 13 X 9 inch, greased pan.

Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.


For top layer: Mix 2 small instant vanilla puddings to directions and add 8 oz. softened cream cheese - mix. Spread on top of pastry bottom.

Add Medium cool whip on top of the pudding and spread. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.

Refrigerate and serve.

This a family favorite especially in the summertime. It's very light and not too sweet -- easy to make and always a bit hit!
