Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lg (or 2 small) cans of sweet potatoes
1 c brown sugar
3/4 stick of butter
2 eggs
1/4 c milk
1 t vanilla
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle with cinnamon and white sugar. Dot with butter.
Bake 1 hour at 300.

Al likes marshmallows and nuts on top so if that is a must for you with sweet potatoes substitute that for the sugar. But try it first without.
