1 Frying Chicken
Salt
Flour
2 Eggs, beaten
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up Chicken and Salt lightly. Place Flour that is slightly salted in one dish and 2 beaten Eggs in another (more if needed) and lightly salt the Eggs. Dip Chicken first in Flour then in Egg mixture and again in Flour. Fry in an iron skillet with 1/2 inch deep Oil that has been heated before frying.
