10 flour tortillas (7-8 inch wide), divided
1 can (2.25 oz.) pitted olives, drained
1 c. (4 oz) shredded light Monterey Jack cheese
1/3 c. picante sauce or salsa
1/4 c. loosely packed cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 F. Place 3 tortillas on 15-in. Baking stone. Chop olives with food chopper. Combine olives, cheese and picante sauce in bowl. Snip cilantro with kitchen cutters and add to cheese mixture. Evenly spread 1/4 c. of mixture over tortilla. Top each with tortilla; press down firmly. brush top with melted butter.

Bake 8-10 minutes or until tops are lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool 5 min. Cut each quesadilla into 8 wedges with pizza cutters. Prepare and bake remaining tortillas as directed. Serve warm.
