3 cans of white chicken breast 13 oz.
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
1 cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt
1 cut chopped celery
1 cut chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 cut minced green bell pepper
2 sliced green onions
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, shred the drained chicken add and mix mayonnaise or yogurt, paprika,cranberries, celery, bell pepper, onion and nuts. Add ground pepper to taste. serve as a sandwich or on crackers.
