6-8 potatoes cut into chunks
spray butter flavor crisco
garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Spray bottom and sides of 9x13 metal pan (not dark coated) thickly - sprinkle garlic salt all over bottom - add a layer of potatoes then spray with butter crisco and sprinkle garlic salt - layer potatoes, spray, garlic salt until all potatoes have been used. Cover with foil and cook in preheated oven for approximately 1 hour (until tender).
