1 c milk
1/2 c butter
1 tsp salt
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1 10 oz package spinach thawed and drained
1 cup Swiss cheese
1/2 c parm cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a saucepan bring milk, butter and salt to a boil over medium heat. Add flour all at once until a smooth ball forms.
2. Remove from heat let stand 5 minutes.
3. Add eggs one at a time until mixture in smooth. and shiny.
Stir in spinach and cheese. Line baking pans with foil and grease with pam. Bake at 375 for 25-30 monutes or until puffed and golden brown. Remove to wire racks.
