1 lb graham crackers
1 c candied cherries
1 c candied pineapple
4 c Brazil Nuts - 3 lbs unshelled
3/4 c canned milk
1 lb marshmallows
1 box of raisins or 15 oz of dates

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk, add marshmallows and stir until dissolved. In large bowl comgine crackers, fruit and raisins. Pour milk and marshmallows over crumbs and mix. Pack into 2 loaf pans or 1 angel food pan. Cover and store 3 to 4 wks. Sherry wine may be poured over twice a week.

Freeze nuts for easier shelling.
