2 c sugar
2 c flour
1/2 c cocoa
2 tsp soda
1/2 t salt
4 eggs separated
1 1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c water
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Beat egg whites and set aside. To dry ingredients add egg yolks, sour cream, water and vanilla. Mix all together well. Fold in egg white. Pour into 9x13 pan and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350

Again we used farm sour cream. I have never used commercial but always wanted to try. It is so moist and good but it usually fell for me. I called it a swimming pool. Fudge frosting is delicious with it.
