26oz can sliced Jap peppers(not picled, tjose used for nachos)
2 2/3 c Cracker crumbs
2 c flour
2 eggs
1/2 c water
oil for deep frying

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain japs and set aside
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. In seperate bowl beat eggs and water well.
4. Heat oil to 375.
5. Dip peppers in egg wash then in crumb mixture. Dust off excess.
6. Place enough in oil where not over crowded. Fry uintil golden. Drain on paper toels.
