3 c zucchini
4 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c oil
3 c flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 c nuts, chopped

Grate squash through bigger holes of grater. Mix squash, sugar, oil, and eggs. Combine dry ingredients: mix together and beat. Pour in 9x13 inch pan. Bake 1 hr at 325 or until done. This makes a large cake and can be frozen.

2 c powdered sugar
lb oleo, softened
1 (3oz) pkg cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients and put on cooled cake.
