2 well-beaten eggs
1 c seedless raisins (may use less raisins)
c sugar
1 t vanilla
tsp salt
Dash Cinnamon
2 c milk, scalded
Dash nutmeg
1 c cooked, cooled rice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, Sugar, and salt. Gradually add scalded milk. Add rice, raisins, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Pour into greased 1-quart casserole. Set in shallow pan; pour hot water into pan 1 inch deep. Bake in slow oven (320) 1 hrs.
