2 c flour
1 egg
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour enough water for very stiff dry dough. Knead until mixed well. Roll very thin with lots of flour for noodles. Lay on newspapers until the dough is dry. Roll jelly roll style and cut crosswise into thin or thick noodles.
