Ingredients:  
1 can of crushed pineapple
1 can of pie filling (any kind)
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick of butter, sliced
Coconut (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9" x 9" glass pan, dump the pineapple, pie filling and cake mix. Place slices of butter sporadically on top. Sprinkle coconut over the cake. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Top with vanilla ice cream while hot.
