3/4 cup vegetable oil 1/3 cup cider vinegar 1 tbsp. crushed peppercorns 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. paprika 1 tbsp. garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. horseradish 1 small red onion, minced
Blend all ingredients together thoroughly EXCEPT red onion. After mixed, add red onion to marinade. Place meat in a sealable plastic bag and add marinade. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Drain off marinade and cook meat until desired doneness. Makes 1 cup.
