2 large potatoes 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. fresh ground red chili pepper Cooking oil spray 1-1/2 cups raw onion, chopped
Cut potatoes lengthwise, into french fry slices. Combine garlic salt and chili pepper, adjusting amount to suit your taste, and set aside. Arrange the potato strips in a single layer in a glass baking dish. Coat the potatoes with one spray of the cooking oil. Flip potato strips over and spray the other side. Arrange chopped onion over the top and sprinkle with garlic salt and chili pepper seasoning. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for one hour.
