18 dry jumbo pasta shells
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
8 oz. fat-free cottage cheese
1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
1 cup fat-free mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 cups marinara sauce, divided
Nonstick cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly coat a roasting pan with cooking spray. Cook pasta shells according to package directions, drain and set aside, adding a few drops of oil to prevent sticking. In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine spinach, cottage cheese, ricotta, mozzarella and seasonings. Pour 1 cup of marinara sauce into prepared pan. Stuff each shell with a heaping tablespoon of filling (spinach mixture) and place in pan. Pour remaining sauce on top and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
