1 cup rice, white is best
1 can (4 oz.) green chilies, drained and chopped
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1-1/4 cups dairy sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice. Combine rice, chilies, 3/4 of the shredded cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese. Dot with butter. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
