1 c sugar
1/2 c cream
1 T cocoa
1 T syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil till it forms a soft ball in a cup of very cold water. Take off fire, add 1 T butter, 1 tsp vanilla. Beat until stiff. The longer and faster you beat it the better it is.

Mom always made this and divinity for Christmas. What I remember most about this recipe is how hard and long she would beat it after it was cooked. It would turn sugary when I made it because I didn't beat hard and long enough. I never liked divinity so I don't have that recipe.
