1 c milk
1 eggs
1 T sugar or honey
1/4 tsp vanilla
Grated nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Put all except nutmeg in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into tall glass and dust top with a little nutmeg. May add banana, spices or chocolate syrup instead of sugar and vanilla for a change of flavor.
