1/2 # crab meat
1 tsp finley diced green onion
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 tsp steak sauce
2 cloves garlic minced
1 # wonton wrappers
1 beaten egg
3 cups oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. combine crabmeat , green onions, cream cheese, steak sauce, and garlic.
2. Place 1/2 tsp mixture in center of wonton wrapper.and fold into triangle. Lightly brush the center with beaten egg.
3. Bring corners together and press gently, so filling will be secure.
Place oil in wok and heat to 375. Or use deep fryer.
4. Fry one puff and adjust heat downwards if necessary. Fry rest of puffs until delicately brown, less than two minutes.
5. You can use sweet chinnese sauce for dipping.
