1 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
2 1/4 C flour
1 C butter softened
3/4 C sugar
3/4 C packed brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanills
2 eggs.

Optional Chocolate chips, nuts

Directions:

!. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars.
2. Add eggs and vanilla
3 add dry ingredients.
4. Preheat oven to 350.
4. Roll tsp of dough into a gall and flatten out with flour dipped fork. on ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on the oven. Until you are sure start checking at 10 minutes for lightly brown edges.
6. Some of dough can be rolled up in wax paper and frozen. Then all you have to do is slice and bake and you have fresh baked cookies.
