Ingredients:  
1 c cocoa
1 c water
2 c sugar or 1 c sugar & 1 c corn syrup
1 c water
1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cocoa, sugar and salt thoroughly in a sauce pan. Add the water, stir until smooth, and cook over slow fire about 5 min. Cool, add vanilla & store in a tightly covered jar until needed.

I got this recipe when I was in 4-H. It is a substitute for Hershey's cocoa syrup.
