1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 cup prepared ranch salad dressing
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Place ranch dressing in other bowl. Toss chicken cubes in ranch dressing, then roll in breadcrumb mixture. Place in greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered at 400 for 12-15 minutes or until juices run clear. Serve with additional ranch dressing for dipping. Approximately 4 servings.
