1 1/2 lbs. diced pork
2 garlic cloves
1 med. diced onions
1 tomatoe - quarter
salt and black pepper
8 c. water
1 med. shredded cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot add oil just enough to coat the bottom and add your garlic and onions and cook for 2 mins. Then add your pork and seasoning cook it until no longer pink. Add tomatoe and water bring to a boil for 5 mins. Then add your cabbage turn the heat down to medium and cover. Bring to a boil for 10-15 mins. Serve it over rice and shoyu.
