2 TSP SALT
1 TSP BEAN SAUCE
2 TSP RED FOOD COLORING
1/2 TBSP SHOYU
3/4 CUP SUGAR

Directions:

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT PORK. ADD PORK AND MARINATE FOR AT LEAST 3 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT. ROAST IN OVEN AT 350 DEGREES FOR ABOUT ONE HOUR. BROIL OR GRILL JUST BEFORE SERVING
