Lumpia Wrap (Pastry Wrap-in the frozen section) not WonTonWrap
5 Ripe Banana
Egg White or Water for sealing
2 tbls. Sugar - optional
1 tsp. Cinnamon - optional
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:

Peel and cut Bananas in half (cut long ways). Coat in sugar and cinnamon mixture. I don't use sugar and cinnamon. Lay on the end of pastry wrap and roll tucking in ends. Place in hot oil (throw a piece of bread in oil, when it turns golden brown oil is ready to cook). Keep turning over with tongs until golden brown. Drain oil.

For you Diabetics in the Ohana, don't add sugar or cinnamon. Just wrap your banana and fry. Taste just as good and maybe better if you love bananas like I do.
