1 STICK BUTTER (SWEET UNSALTED)melted
1 1/2 C SUGAR
1 BOX MOCHIKO FLOUR
1 CAN EVAPORTED MILK
1/2 CUP WATER OR COCONUT JUICE
1 CAN (13/5) COCONUT MILk
4 EGGS
2 TSP BAKING SODA
1 TSP VANILLA

Mix ingredients than pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

This is the recipe I first got from somebody, but then I went on line and did one that asked for 1 l lb of butter, 5 eggs and 2 cups sugar, that was too rich, but you could do that if you like it rich,
this recipe is better. You could add coconut flakes to the top but this is too rich for my blood. Only one is enough. enjoy!!!!!
