3 (9 inch) pie shells
1 lb bacon, cooked crisp, drained, crumbled
12 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
18 large eggs
1 quart light cream
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle about 1/2 cup bacon and 1 cup (4oz) cheese into each pie shell. Beat eggs, cream, salt, Pepper, and nutmeg together until blended. Pour about 2 1/2 cups mixture into each pie shell over bacon and cheese. bake in preheated 375 oven for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and outside edge comes out clean.Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
OR cool completely. Cover and refrigerate. May be refrigerated up to 3 days or frozen for a month. Reheat in 350 oven for 30-35 minutes.
