1 lb. cleaned brussels sprouts 1/4 lb. prosciutto or country ham, sliced thin and cut into strips 3 T. olive oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Cut brussels sprouts into 1/4" slices. Fry the ham in the olive oil until crisp. Add the sprouts, salt and pepper. Mix. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Uncover and cook over high heat for 2 additional minutes, tossing occasionally.
