Diced potatoes(enough for # of people)
1 cloves of garlic for each serving (minced)
butter 1/2 stick for 4 servings
Buttermilk enough to make Potatoes creamy but not too soft.

These can be made without garlic.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes(best are red potatoes) and garlic.
2. Drain and add ssalt, pepper, butter and buttermilk.
3. You can use a mixer or wire whip (what I use) until creamy.

Diana my daughter accidently used buttermilk in the mashed potaoes when she was a teenager and helping me with dinner before I got home from work. They were so good that I have used buttermilk ever since. Thanks Diana!!!!
