6 Green Pepppers
1 pound ground beef or 1/2 pound ground beef and ground pork
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup raw rice
1/2 cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cut tops off of peppers and remove seeds. Cook peppers in water for 5 minutes or until peppers lose gloss. Sprinkle inside with salt and pepper.
2. Saute beef and onions for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drain off excess grease.
Stir in tomatoes, rice, 1/2 cup water, and worcerstshire sauce. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is done. Remove from heat and add cheese.
3. Preheat oven to 350. Stuff each pepper with beef mixture and place peppers open side up in a baking dish. In a medium bowl add soup with enough water to make a gravy consistency Pour over peppers.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.

These are simple stuffed peppers but very good. They can be cut in half lenght ways and stuffed like that. You will probably use about 4-5 peppers.
