1 Lb. soft butter
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup crushed potato chips
4 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla. Gradually add your flour and nuts if used.

Mix in by hand with a wooden spoon the potato chips.

Drop by teaspoon full onto ungreased cookie pan and press dough down to flatten.

Bake 350f. for 15 minutes till edges are brown. Sprinkle while warm with confectionary sugar.
