1 Lb. Shrimp (raw but peeled) 1/4 cup olive oil 2 Tbsp. butter 1/2 cup white wine 2 cloves of garlic 1/2 onion diced
In olive oil, saute diced onions and garlic 2-3 min. Pour in wine and cook for 5 min. to reduce. Add the shrimp and cook 2-3 min. till turns color and opaque in the center. Stir in the butter add salt and pepper to taste.
