1 large can of Pumpkin Pie mix (not plain pumpkin)
2 eggs
5 oz. evaporated milk
1 yellow or white cake mix (any brand or variety)
1 stick of butter or margarine
1 pkg. of chopped pecans (a few or a lot, your choice depending on how may pecans you like)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix the pumpkin pie mix, eggs, and evaporated milk as directed on the can to make a pumpkin pie.
Pour the mixture into a 9x13 cake pan and bake at the high temperature listed on the can for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove cake pan and pour the entire dry cake mix over the pumpkin mixture. Spread evenly.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Melt butter and pour over cake and pecans.
Bake for an additional 30 minutes. Remove and cool for at least 30 minutes.

Can be served warm, or refrigerate and serve cold.
