4 cups chopped rhubarb
3/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rhubarb, white sugar and Bisquick and place in a 9 by 9 inch baking pan. Stir together flour, oats and brown sugar and spoon evenly over rhubarb mixture. Melt one stick of butter. Drizzle evenly over top of dessert. Bake at 375 degress for 40 to 45 minutes until bubbly. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Makes 6 servings.
