1 1/2 cups Crisco oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3 cups flour
3 cups diced apples

Directions:

DON'T GREASE PAN!
Mix all above ingredients. Pour into pan and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
